  • Departure Timings: 07:00pm
  • Duration: 5 hours approx 
  • Starting Point: You will be picked up from your Hotel, please be ready 20minutes before the pick up time

  • The vehicle will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes for the guest to ensure that other guests at the subsequent pick-up location are not held up.
  • We recommend providing us with a local contact, email, or mobile number, as it is our customer service responsibility to reconfirm and provide accurate information.
  • Please note that smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles.
  • Transfers from nearby hotels do not include pick-up and drop-off services. We advise you to arrange your own transportation to receive transfers from a nearby hotel.
  • Due to various factors such as traffic conditions, public holidays, weather influences, and unexpected events, there may be unanticipated modifications to the route or schedule.
  • Traffic congestion and road closures could result in delays and adjustments to the route. We will strive to provide a seamless and punctual service!
  • Please note that no refunds will be issued for any changes or cancellations that arise from unforeseen circumstances.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
