  • Strollers are not permitted within the performance hall. However, arrangements can be made to leave them in the cloakroom.
  • The seating for the concert is categorized into different sections. The front, middle, and back areas are classified as VIP, A, B, and C.
  • Each of our performance rooms features a concert bar where guests can enjoy a selection of drinks both prior to and during the intermission.
  • Coats, jackets, and other outer garments, as well as large backpacks and umbrellas, must be checked in at the cloakroom.
  • Payment is required immediately upon checking in. A fee applies. Recording of music, images, videos, or any other form of media during the performance is strictly prohibited.
  • You are welcome to take personal photographs before or after the show.
  • On selected dates, the Schönbrunn Palace concerts take place in the Great Gallery or in the White Gold Room in Schönbrunn Palace, or in selected other rooms.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 3 Days before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 3 Days before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 3 Days before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • The tour operator/ service provider reserves the right to alter, close, or cancel shows, attractions, entertainments, restaurants, shops, or ancillary facilities without prior notice due to city events or force majeure.
