  • 01st – 16th May and 15th – 30th September: Tours depart from Stop 1 at 10:30, 11:55, 13:50,14:55 (Additional tours on cruise ship arrival days)
  • 17th May – 14th September: Tours depart from Stop 1 at 10:30, 11:25, 11:55, 13:50,14:55 (Additional tours on cruise ship arrival days)
  • 01st October – 10th November: Tours depart from Stop 1 at 11:55

Pirita & Historic Suburbs (Green Line):

  • 01st – 31st May and 04th – 30th September: Tours depart from Stop 1 at 12:55, 16:00 + extra tour 14:25 (Saturdays and Sundays and cruise ship arrival days)
  • 01st June - 03rd September: Tours depart from Stop 1 at 12:55, 14:25, 16:00
  • 01st October – 10th November: Tours depart from Stop 1 at 12:55

  • Tour Vouchers must be exchanged at our MERE PST 5 / CITY CENTER In front of Russian Cultural Centre - 100m from Viru Square in the direction of the harbour, Tallinn, Estonia.
  • Passengers can board at any stop and simply exchange their booking voucher with the driver/street staff at that point.
  • Your booking voucher will expire after you exchange it for a ticket.
  • The company or bus operator will not provide a refund if a voucher or ticket is misplaced.
  • Infants can travel free and you do not require to book infant ticket.

Voucher Validity:

  • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of booking.

Important Info:

  • Complimentary ear phones are provided, or you are welcome to use your own wired earphones with a jack connector
  • There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
  • Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
  • There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
  • Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.

Additional Information:

  • Please note: off-season (Mid October to November) departures are audioguided bus tours and not a Hop-On Hop-Off service.
  • Stops 10 and 11 are only in use on departures after 13:00.
  • Our buses are wheelchair accessible.
  • Dogs are not permitted on the bus.
  • Some stops are in use on both lines – Kadriorg Palace, Seaplane Harbour and Fat Margareth Tower, so frequency at these stops may be higher than stated above.

Information for Cruise Passengers:

  • Depending on the terminal you are docked at in the City Harbour, you will easily be able to reach the City Sightseeing Tallinn busses at stops 4, 8 and 9 on the red line, stops 10, 11 and 12 on the green line. A City Sightseeing tour bus will be present upon your arrival by the Cruise Terminal (Stop 9 on the Red Tour and Stop 12 on the Green Tour) . Buses stop approximately 500 metres away from the ships towards the city centre. When the first City Sightseeing tour bus has left the Cruise Pier another tour bus will pass every 30 minutes thereafter (until noon). In the afternoon, buses pass each stop every 30/60 minutes. Please specify the schedule with our staff. The drop off stop of the cruise passengers is due to security regulations of Port of Tallinn located during the day behind (outside) the entrance gates to the pier (as seen from the ships). Also the pickup stop after 12.00 pm is located outside the gates. (Please note that all information here applies for cruise visitors arriving directly to Cruise Port and not to visitors with Cruise Ships staying in terminals of regular ship lines).

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
