Classic Red Route:
  • Schedule: Buses are running between 09:45AM to 5:30PM
  • Frequency: Every 10-20 minutes
  • Tour Duration: 2 Hours, 15 Minutes (Approx.)

Seine River Cruise:

  • Schedule: Departures between 10.30am to 09:00pm (Please check in 15minutes prior to the start time)
  • Tour Duration: 1 Hour
  • Meeting Point: At the base of the Eiffel Tower – Boarding Pier 3, near Big Bus Stop #8.
  • Instructions: Please pick up your cruise boarding pass from a Big Bus Tours staff at the time of redemption of bus ticket. After that, proceed directly to the cruise departure point, scan your ticket, get on board, and start having fun!

  • Passengers can board at any stop and simply exchange their booking voucher with the driver/street staff at that point.
  • Your booking voucher will expire after you exchange it for a ticket.
  • The company or bus operator will not provide a refund if a voucher or ticket is misplaced.

Voucher Validity:

  • Remember that your vouchers will remain valid for the 6 months from the date of purchase.

Important Info:

  • There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events. Refunds due to weather will not be issued unless the service is suspended due to weather.
  • Infants will continue to travel free of charge and without a ticket while placed on the lap of a paying adult (up to two infants per adult). If the infant needs a separate individual seat, a kid category ticket must be ordered.
  • Multiday tickets may only be used on consecutive days.
  • Complimentary ear phones are provided, or you may use your own wired earbuds with a jack plug.
  • Mobile App: Download "Big Bus Tours" mobile app to find the nearest bus stops, interactive route map, daily operational updates and city monuments.
  • Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.
  • Seine River Cruise: Seats are allocated on a first-come first-served basis, we highly recommend customers to arrive to the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour departure.

Hop On Hop Off Bus Ticket: You can activate your ticket in one of two ways:

  • Download the Big Bus app and use your Big Bus Booking Confirmation Number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel.
  • Visit our Big Bus Information Centre. Address: 11 Avenue de l’Opéra, 75001 Paris, or a Big Bus team member at any stop on the route and present your printed or mobile voucher. 

River Cruise Information (If Included in Your Ticket)

  • Important: You must book a river cruise time slot before boarding your River Cruise. There are three ways to do this:
  • In the Big Bus app: Once you have added your booking, you will be able access your river cruise ticket to choose a time slot under ‘Complete Actions’. 
  • Online: Visit the Big Bus Paris website and go to the “Manage My Booking”. Enter your Big Bus Booking Confirmation Number and Last Name and choose a departure time slot.
  • In person: Present your voucher to a staff member at any Big Bus stop. Our staff will provide you with a river cruise ticket and book a time slot.
  • Cruise Departure Location: At the base of the Eiffel Tower – Boarding Pier 3, near Big Bus Stop #8.
  • Departure Times: Every 45 minutes from 10:30am to 9:00pm. On weekends: Every 30 minutes. 

Arc du Triomphe (If Included in Your Ticket):

  • You do not need to prebook a date or timeslot, however you will need a ticket to enter. You can access this ticket in three ways.
  • In the Big Bus app: Once you have added your booking, you will be able access your Arc du Triomphe under ‘Complete Actions’.
  • Online: Visit the Big Bus Paris website and go to the “Manage My Booking”. Enter your Big Bus Booking Confirmation Number and Last Name and you will be able to access your ticket.
  • In person: Present your voucher to a staff member at any Big Bus stop. Our staff will provide your ticket.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
