  • Dress Code: Appropriate attire is required for religious sites. Avoid sleeveless blouses, miniskirts, shorts, and hats.
  • Tour Entry Requirements: Provide first name and surname for all entries. Please do so to avoid denial of entry. A passport is mandatory on the tour day.
  • Suggestions: Moderate physical fitness is recommended. Wear comfortable shoes and bring sunscreen during summer.
  • Cloakroom: Items larger than 40 x 35 x 15 cm must be stored. Prohibited items include suitcases, large bags, umbrellas, tripods, and signage. Shoulder bags up to 15 cm wide are permitted.
  • Accessibility: The areas are not wheelchair accessible and may pose challenges for individuals with mobility issues.
  • Please note that during the Jubilee Year, some areas of the Vatican Museums may be inaccessible due to religious ceremonies beyond our control.

  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
