Purpose of Reviews: We invite our travelers to share their experiences of the tours and activities they've booked with us. This helps fellow travelers decide if a tour is right for them, discover useful tips, and provide feedback to us and the operators.

What to Expect from Reviews: Reviews should reflect the true experience, discussing the quality and your opinion of it. Please note that reviews do not represent Activity Crest views, and we're not liable for any inaccurate information.

Who Can Write a Review: Only travelers who have booked and completed a tour or activity with us can write a review. We don't accept internal or supplier reviews, but we may post operator replies alongside original reviews.

Submitting a Review: By submitting a review, you confirm that you own the rights to the content, it's accurate, and doesn't breach our terms of use. You also agree not to post material owned by third parties without their consent.

Using Images and Videos: We'll publish images and videos alongside reviews as long as they're relevant to the experience and don't contain illicit or commercial content. You grant us permission to use these materials on our site and other affiliated websites.

Display of Information: To make reviews more helpful, we'll share simple personal information about the traveler, including their location, when they took the tour, and their experience.

Review Content: We don't edit reviews, but we reserve the right not to publish those that violate our guidelines. If your review is not published, we'll notify you by email.

Publishing Reviews: We review submissions promptly to ensure they're true and credible. In cases of specific complaints, we may contact the operator to gather facts before publishing.

Indemnity and Liability: You agree to indemnify Activity Crest! and its affiliates for any damages or losses resulting from your breach of these terms of use. You represent that you'll not intentionally post harmful information and will not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
