BOOKING AGREEMENT BETWEEN ACTIVITY CREST AND SUPPLIERS
The agreement with Activity Crest Limited and our Suppliers. The following booking conditions constitute the sole terms and conditions governing the booking contract between our users and the respective suppliers or service providers of any accommodation or transportation services offered.

SCOPE OF BOOKING AGREEMENT
The stipulations outlined in the booking agreement apply to all reservations made via the Activity Crest website or its affiliated partners, which include:

Access via our customer care call center These terms are applicable to all individuals utilizing the website or its services.
STATUS OF ACTIVITY CREST AS AN AGENT
In all instances of bookings and reservations made between you and the service providers associated with us, we act solely as an agent. The service provider, or supplier, is considered our principal. Information regarding the relevant supplier will be included on the vouchers generated by our company whenever you engage in a transaction with such a service provider.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RELEVANT SUPPLIERS
Users are obligated to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by our suppliers with whom they choose to engage for any bookings or reservations. Our responsibility is limited to providing information regarding fare rules for all hotel, railway, or air bookings prior to your selection of a supplier. Once a supplier is chosen, the responsibility for that decision rests with you. In the event of any discrepancies between the conditions established by our website and those of the supplier, the latter will prevail.
EXPLICIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS We serve solely as intermediaries throughout the entire booking process, as previously mentioned. Similarly, we and our associated vendors reserve the right to adjust or amend the prices of the items listed on our website at any point before or after your purchases.
MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR BOOKING PLANS Should there be any further alterations to your booking plans, we will promptly notify you of these changes. Should you find the changes unacceptable and wish to decline them, our associated service providers might propose an alternative option or a revised price. Should you reject the alternative, your booking with us, made prior to the change, will be terminated, in accordance with our company's cancellation policies. We will not be held responsible for any issues arising from these changes.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR EXTINCTIONS We or our suppliers will not be responsible for compensating you for any damages that result from events beyond our control. This includes situations that are unforeseen or unavoidable, even with the utmost caution. Such events extend to situations like war, severe weather, civil disturbances, and natural disasters. Anything outside our control, including those of our suppliers and service providers, falls under this category.
DISPUTES
Should you find any of our services unsatisfactory, it is imperative that you inform us and the relevant service provider immediately. This will allow us to address the issue promptly and provide you with the necessary resolution. Failure to report these issues to us will result in your inability to seek compensation for any damages you may suffer.
PAYMENT MODES AND PRICES
We accept the following credit cards for payment: Master Card, Visa Card, Maestro Card, and Amex Card. We do not charge any service fee for processing payments made using these cards. Please note that full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation.
Prices listed on our website are per person, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are based on local tariffs converted using the prevailing foreign exchange rate.
Please be aware that our prices do not include personal expenses, such as food, parking charges, airport taxes, security deposits, beverages, and passport/visa fees. You will need to pay these charges to the relevant service providers. We recommend reading the terms and conditions of relevant service providers before making a reservation.
SPECIAL REQEUST
If you have a special request for a service not listed on our or our suppliers' website, you can place a request with us. We will try to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee it.
CHANGES IN BOOKING REQUEST
To make changes to a booked order, you will need to cancel the original booking (paying any applicable cancellation charges) and then place a new order with the desired changes. New bookings are subject to the prices prevailing on the day the new order is placed. We reserve the right to change, cancel, or substitute any service, and can decline to accept or retain any tour members at any time for any reason.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel a booking, we will credit your credit card with the appropriate amount according to our cancellation policy. Please confirm the cancellation charges before cancelling your booking. If your booking is being redeemed, we will not accept cancellation requests.
FINANCIAL PROTECTION
We protect all bookings made with our company under relevant laws, including refunds in case of our company's insolvency. Please keep all bills, receipts, and travel documents, as you'll need them to claim a refund if we become insolvent.
LIABILITY
We're only agents for our suppliers, so we're not responsible for personal injury, death, loss, or consequential damage. We're also not liable for events beyond our control or our suppliers', such as government actions, war, terrorism, bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Make sure you and your tour members have suitable travel insurance to cover your journey. We strongly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel policy at or before booking, as we're not responsible if you're not adequately insured.
TRAVEL VOUCHER
We'll provide soft copies of vouchers for your bookings. It's your responsibility to print them (If Required) and pass them to the relevant service provider. When redeeming your pre-paid vouchers, the lead passenger must show identity proof with a recent photograph and other necessary details.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You're responsible for your actions and those of your tour members during the journey. If your actions cause damage to anyone or anything, we'll cancel your bookings immediately, without refund or compensation. You're also responsible for your personal safety and that of your tour members, and agree to indemnify our company and its agents for any liability arising from your breach of this agreement.
HOTEL BOOKINGS
It's your responsibility to review hotel facilities before making a reservation. We're not responsible if a hotel doesn't provide its facilities to you. Be sure to check hotel reviews, meals, rooms, car parking, swimming pool, and other amenities before booking.
AIRPORT
Provide your precise pick-up location and arrival time at least 72 hours before travel to the phone numbers and email addresses on your booking vouchers. Failure to do so doesn't make us or our suppliers liable for any refund.
MARKETING COMMUNICATION
When you sign up on our website or make a booking, you agree to receive marketing communication from us and our brands. You can unsubscribe by clicking the link in our emails.
