  • Present your booking voucher at any of the selected meeting location: Sliema Ferries Sliema, MT SLM, 3010, Sliema, Malta OR Bugibba Jetty, Malta.
  • All visitors are required to secure a Comino access pass in advance by booking through: Blue Comino
  • Your booking voucher will expire after you exchange it for a ticket.
  • The company or Tour operator will not provide a refund if a voucher or ticket is misplaced.
  • Infants can travel free and you do not require to book infant ticket.

  • You will receive the information regarding the pickup location on their vouchers. There will also be a phone number and email address to book in a hotel pick up if require.
  • Please bring comfortable footwear, swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and sun protection.
  • Free hotel pick-up is available from many hotels in Malta.
  • Details provided on your voucher after booking.
  • All travellers are advised to carry their Passport/ID card on the day of travel.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.

During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
