  • The ticket or voucher remains valid for the travel date you select.

  • Cabo da Roca will only be visited from March to October. Hell's Mouth will only be visited from November to February.
  • Tour available in Portuguese, English , Spanish
  • German language is only available on Wednesdays and Friday from April to October
  • A moderate level of walking is required for this tour.
  • Infants are required to sit on their guardians' laps. Children under the age of 6 will not incur any charges.
  • Cabo da Roca will be accessible only from March 1st to October 31st. The tour will not be available on December 25th and January 1st.
  • For guests residing in hotels located in the Estoril Coast, Sintra, and Cascais areas, we provide a pick-up and drop-off service (for an additional fee).
  • Please reach out to the Tour Provider for information regarding the extra cost.
  • Details will be included in the Booking Voucher. It is essential to mention your Hotel Name when making the reservation.
  • All tours can be modified or cancelled without further notice. If the number of passengers falls below the minimum required, the tour operator reserves the right to use minibuses or a private car.
  • The itinerary can be changed without prior notice.
  • If the National Palace of Sintra is closed for any reason beyond the control of Cityrama, the visit to the Palace will replaced by a similar visit.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 48 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
  • You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.
