Porto Departure:

• Please present your mobile or printed voucher at the River Sightseeing ticket office before boarding your scheduled cruise.
• Follow the instructions provided on your voucher to access the World of Discoveries.
• It is recommended to arrive at least 15–20 minutes before your selected departure time.
• Your voucher must be redeemed prior to boarding the cruise.
• Boarding is subject to the scheduled departure time and vessel availability.
• Late arrivals or missed departures may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
• Please carry a valid photo ID if requested during ticket verification.
• Once your ticket has been validated, follow the staff's instructions for boarding.
• In the event of loss of your voucher or ticket, the operator cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
• The frequency of the cruises may vary from the published schedule due to unforeseen circumstances of different kinds that do not permit advance notice.

• Museum and cruise can be enjoyed on the same day according to operating hours.
• Please arrive at the departure point before your scheduled cruise time.
• Audio guide app is available for download before boarding.
• Operating hours may vary seasonally.
• Headphones are required to access and enjoy the onboard audio guide.
• Please bring headphones and a charged smartphone.
• A light jacket is highly recommended, as temperatures on the Douro River can feel cooler due to the breeze, particularly during sunset.
• This experience takes place outdoors, so we recommend checking the weather forecast and dressing accordingly for your comfort.
• A sun hat or cap for protection during sunny weather.
• A light jacket or sweater, as it can be cooler and breezier on the river, especially during the evening.
• Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and suitable footwear.
• Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
• Food and drinks are not allowed during the tour.
• Our river cruises are family-friendly. We have space for prams, and children love seeing the bridges from below!
• Cruises usually operate in light rain. In case of severe weather (based on the authorities' assessment), you can reschedule your tour at no additional cost.
• Boats are accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, it is not accessible to electric wheelchairs.

• To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
• If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
• Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
• You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

• The tour operator/ service provider reserves the right to alter, close, or cancel shows, attractions, entertainments, restaurants, shops, or ancillary facilities without prior notice due to city events or force majeure.
• All tours can be modified or cancelled without further notice.
• The itinerary can be changed without prior notice.
