Check in for the tour at the Gaudí Experience office, located at 41 Larrard Street. Keep in mind that you need to check in at least fifteen minutes before to the activity's start time. After you check in, a knowledgeable guide will come get you, and you two will enter the venue together.

  • The guide will have one ticket for the whole group, which must enter together. Late arrival to the meeting point will result in the loss of the tour, as the same tickets cannot be used again because they will be validated at the park entrance

  • We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
