  • Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to complete check-in and meet your guide.
  • Please look for your guide who will be holding a sign or wearing recognizable tour branding to assist you with ticket validation and group coordination.
  • Your ticket provides priority access to Casa Batlló and Casa Milà (La Pedrera), enabling you to avoid the standard queues.
  • Admission to Casa Vicens typically includes an audio guide (depending on the chosen option) and may occur at the conclusion of the tour.
  • Please carry a valid photo ID in case it is requested for ticket verification or discounted bookings.
  • All venues necessitate a brief security check prior to entry, even for fast-track ticket holders.

  • Please be aware that from November 01 to March 31, Casa Vicens will remain open until 6 p.m., with the final admission at 5 p.m.

  • Julià Travel retains the right to alter or cancel the tour itinerary due to events occurring in the city or operational reasons of force majeure without prior notification.
