  • Passengers may board the bus at any designated stop, and vouchers can be directly exchanged with the driver.
  • Upon exchanging your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which must be retained until the expiration date or the conclusion of the tour.
  • It is essential to verify the expiration date on your ticket. Once the voucher is exchanged for a ticket, the voucher becomes invalid.
  • The company is not responsible for any refunds in the event of a lost voucher or ticket.

Tour Validity:

  • Remember that your vouchers will remain valid for the specific date that you selected during the booking process.

Important Info:

  • Multiday tickets can only be used on consecutive days.
  • Complimentary ear phones are provided, or you are welcome to use your own wired earphones with a jack connector
  • Tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Refunds due to weather will not be granted unless the service is suspended as a result of weather.

  • The ticket will get activated at the moment you board the bus. For example: if you purchase a 24-hour ticket on Monday and use it for the first time at 11 am, you will be able to use the same ticket until 11 am on Tuesday.
  • The Walking tour conducts everyday at 10:45am from Plaza Mayor with “Tour and Friends”. You will get more info on board.
  • Please note that the tour is based on tips at the customer's own expense and discretion (suggested price €10 per person).
  • The guided walking tour of Madrid is offered in either English or Spanish. You can check information or reserve your spot using the QR codes available onboard the bus.
  • Please note that the itinerary may be altered due to events or celebrations in the city (cultural events, sports events, official acts, or construction works)

  • Beverages available are: Beer (small), Rioja red wine, white wine, water, soft drink

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
