  • For the Prado Museum guided tour, our guide will meet participants next to the Goya Monument, on Calle Felipe IV.
  • For the Retiro e-bike tour, the meeting point is the Rent & Roll shop, located at Calle Felipe IV, nº10.
  • Please arrive at the selected meeting point with your reservation, either on your mobile device or printed, and show it to the guide or staff.

  • Please note photography and filming are not permitted inside the exhibitions.
  • Please bear in mind this is a walking tour. Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended.
  • Access to the Prado Museum is guaranteed; however, Access times may be subject to change. The time allocated may be adjusted up to one day in advance, depending on the museum’s own indications and the management of access for the general public, and may be brought forward or delayed by approximately one hour.
  • Please note: some of the paintings might not be available despite belonging to the permanent collection for reasons out of our control. In those cases, the itinerary will be modified to comprise another painting with similar artistic value and significance.
  • Crowds or security protocols can lead to delays in skip the line access.
  • If you choose the e-bike route, you must be able to ride a bicycle.
  • If you choose the tapas tasting, you must declare any allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
  • Julià Travel reserves the right to cancel the tour or modify the itinerary due to events being held at the location or due to operational reasons of force majeure.
  • Admission staff may request official documentation to verify the children’s age (ID, Passport, etc). If this documentation is not provided, the payment of the difference corresponding to the adult rate may be required.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
