The tour starts by passing through the iconic Puerta Nueva de Bisagra, a grand medieval gateway that once served as the main entrance to the old city. From here, the route continues toward the impressive Hospital de Tavera, a remarkable Renaissance building that reflects the city’s historical importance and architectural elegance.

As the bus moves further into the city, you’ll catch sight of the imposing Alcázar of Toledo, a fortress that dominates the skyline and has played a key role in Spain’s military history. Passengers are allowed to board the bus at any of the ten designated stops listed below; however, they must stay on the bus for the entire route, as reboarding is not allowed after exiting the bus.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.

During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
