Tour Description

Hop-On Hop-Off Bus:
Take one of our large red buses and discover Dubai's modern and traditional areas! There is something for everyone in Dubai, whether you want to experience its rich cultural heritage, the vibrant sights and exotic scents of the Spice Souk, the Al Fahidi Fort's fascinating history, or the city's more contemporary side, with its striking skyscrapers and opulent shopping centres. Simply board and exit the bus to immerse yourself in this vibrant city.

Lost Chambers Aquarium:
Everyone who visits this wonderful aquarium is sure to have an exciting day. It is based on the concept of a lost city and is home to amazing marine life, including piranhas, sea horses, stingrays, and sharks.

Al Seef Dhow Cruise:
One of the must-do things in Dubai is to take an Arabian dhow, a traditional sailing sailboat, for a tour down Dubai Creek. The sights of Dubai from the dhow's deck and our complimentary dhow trip will remain memories for you.

Aquaventure:
Finally, your ticket to the fantastic Aquaventure water park. Try to remain afloat on the raging Rapids and race your buddies through the maze of twists and turns on Slitherine! Would you have the courage to ride the Aquaconda to the dark side?

Sunset and Night Tour:

  • This is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is one loop per day. The tour lasts two hours.
    Pick-up times:
  • Stop 1 - The Dubai Mall: 18:00
  • Stop 2 - Mina Seyahi - Dubai Marina: 18:45
  • Stop 3 - Atlantis The Palm: 19:00
  • Stop 4 - Fairmont The Palm: 19:05
  • Stop 5 - Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah - at 7:05pm
  • Stop 6 - Souk Madinat Jumeirah - at 7:20pm
  • Stop 7 - Mall of the Emirates - at 7:30pm

  • Passengers may board the bus at any designated stop, and vouchers can be directly exchanged with the driver.
  • Upon exchanging your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which must be retained until the expiration date or the conclusion of the tour.
  • It is essential to verify the expiration date on your ticket. Once the voucher is exchanged for a ticket, the voucher becomes invalid.
  • The company is not responsible for any refunds in the event of a lost voucher or ticket.

Voucher Validity:

  • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of booking.

Important Info:

  • IMPORTANT: Children 3-5 will need a separate ticket for Aquaventure and the Lost Chambers Aquarium.
  • Atlantis's child policy is from 3 years old. So 3- and 4-year-olds will need a separate ticket to access Lost Chambers and Aquaventure.
  • Multiday tickets can only be used on consecutive days.
  • There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
  • Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
  • There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
  • Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.
  • The Al Seef Dhow Cruise, Lost Chambers Aquarium and Aquaventure Waterpark tickets must be used within one week from the date you redeem your voucher at The Dubai Mall.

Al Seef Dhow Cruise:

  • Daily and hourly from 10:00 to 15:00.
  • Location: Al Seef - Stop 4 (Al Seef Heritage Area)

Lost Chambers Aquarium:

  • Open daily from 10:00 to 21:00
  • Location: Atlantis The Palm - Stop 3 Blue Route

Aquaventure Waterpark:

  • Open daily, from 10:00 a.m. until sunset (closing time depends on the time of year)
  • Height restrictions are in place on the rides
  • Life jackets are to be worn by all swimmers who are less than 1.2 metres tall (available free of charge)
  • Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult

Cruise Passengers:

  • Cruise passengers will be offered a City Sightseeing transfer to the bus terminal in The Dubai Mall where you will be able to choose the Blue or Red route. City Sightseeing Staff will be present in Cruise Terminals 2 & 3 to advise on all ticket information and redemption points.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
  • You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
