Our Red Route: Llandudno & Conwy Tour takes you to the region’s must-see spots. Relax at West Shore Beach or stroll along Llandudno Pier, perfect for classic fish and chips with seaside views—keep an eye out for dolphins!

Hop off at Deganwy, a charming waterfront town with a lively marina and historic castle ruins. For something truly impressive, visit Conwy, home to one of the UK’s most spectacular medieval castles.

Great Orme Explorer (Blue Route)
Llandudno sits beneath the impressive Great Orme, a huge limestone headland stretching into the Irish Sea, named after the Old Norse for “sea serpent” due to its striking shape.

Join us for a journey from the town centre to the summit, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking coastal views. Along the way, we stop at the Great Orme Mines, a fascinating network of Bronze Age tunnels once used for copper mining.

Combined Routes (Red Route, Blue Route & Alice in Llandudno): 
Start your journey with a relaxing walk along Llandudno Pier before exploring further. Hop off at Conwy Road to visit the medieval Conwy Castle, built by Edward I, or challenge yourself at the Conwy Valley Maze, the world’s largest garden maze.

  • Frequency: Every 30 minutes
  • Duration: Approx 60 minutes

Blue Route (Great Orme Explorer):

  • Schedule: 10:10 - 16:40
  • Frequency: Every 60 minutes
  • Duration: Approx 45 minutes

  • Passengers can board at any stop and simply exchange their booking voucher with the driver/street staff at that point.
  • Your booking voucher will expire after you exchange it for a ticket.
  • The company or bus operator will not provide a refund if a voucher or ticket is misplaced.
  • Infants can travel free and you do not require to book infant ticket.

Voucher Validity:

  • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of booking.

  • Our buses are wheelchair accessible (Red Route & Alice in Llandudno).
  • Dogs in carriers are permitted on the bus.
  • There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
  • You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
  • Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
  • There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
  • Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these  circumstances, there will be no refund.
  • Hop-On Hop-Off Llandudno Red Route: An open-top double decker hop-on hop-on bus tour.
  • Llandudno Great Orme Explorer: An open-top minibus that goes around the Great Orme and back. This is not hop-on hop-off.
  • Hop-On Hop-Off Llandudno (All Routes): Includes three routes: Red Route, Great Orme Explorer and Alice in Llandudno.

Llandudno & Conwy Tour (Red Route):

  • 16th March to 08th April: The bus departs hourly from 10:00 to 16:00.
  • 09th April to 27th May: The bus departs on the hour and at twenty minutes past each hour from 10:00 until 17:00.
  • 28th May to 04th September: The bus bus departs every 20 minutes between 10:00 and 17:00.
  • 05th September to 30th October: The bus departs on the hour and at twenty minutes past each hour from 10:00 until 17:00.

Great Orme Explorer (Blue Route):

  • Operational season: 16th March - 30th October
  • The bus runs up to every half hour.

Alice in Llandudno:

  • Operational Season: 23rd March to 01st November

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
