Hop off at world-famous landmarks like the Tower of London, home to the Crown Jewels. Take a stroll through Hyde Park, the largest and grandest of the Royal Parks, or stop at St Paul’s Cathedral to admire its spectacular Christopher Wren-designed dome, which has dominated the skyline for more than 300 years.

You’ll also get to ride over the iconic Tower Bridge — and here’s a little tip from us: you’ll be able to see it in all its glory as you pass over the equally famous London Bridge… just make sure you’re looking the right way!

But that’s the magic of London: wherever you look, there’s something amazing. Big Ben! The London Eye! Marble Arch! It’s been said a million times about a million places, but London really does have so much to offer — and there’s no better vantage point than from the top deck of one of our red double-deckers.

  • Passengers can board at any stop and simply exchange their booking voucher with the driver/street staff at that point.
  • Your booking voucher will expire after you exchange it for a ticket.
  • The company or bus operator will not provide a refund if a voucher or ticket is misplaced.
  • Infants can travel free and you do not require to book infant ticket.

Voucher Validity:

  • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of booking.

  • You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
  • Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
  • There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
  • Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these  circumstances, there will be no refund.

London Express Tour:

  • This is a panoramic city sightseeing bus tour only (NOT a hop-on hop-off tour). However, you can start your tour from any stop along the Red Route.
  • Your ticket is valid for 2.5 hours from the time of first redemption.

Hop-On Hop-Off Bus:

  • You can start your journey at any of our stops.
  • Our buses are wheelchair accessible.
  • Dogs in carriers are permitted on the bus.

River Cruise:

  • Your ticket includes a free cruise on the River Thames. The 24-hour ticket includes a one-way cruise between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier. The 48 and 72-hour tickets include a same day return trip to and from Greenwich Pier.
  • You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus.
  • Departures every 40 minutes
  • Duration: Approx 35 minutes

24-hour river cruise ticket:

  • First departure (from Westminster): 10:00
  • Last departure (from Westminster): 18.55

48 and 72-hour river cruise ticket:

  • First departure to Greenwich (from both piers): 10:00

T15 Routemaster Heritage Route:

London Midweek Super Saver:

  • Operating days: Tuesdays and Wednesdays

  • Ticket validity: Your ticket is valid only on the date you choose and cannot be used on another day.
  • Extras: This ticket is for our hop-on hop-off bus only. River cruises or other tours are not included.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
