  • Directions from Victoria Station to Bulleid Way: Exit Victoria Station via the Buckingham Palace Road Entrance, to the right of the Gatwick Express platforms. Turn left and walk down Buckingham Palace Road until you reach the first main junction. When it’s safe to do so, cross the road at the traffic lights and turn left. Walk around 20 yards, before turning right into Bulleid Way. Your coach will NOT depart from Victoria Coach Station.
  • Return Point: Due to legal working hour restrictions for our drivers, this tour will finish within a 2 or 3 minute walk of Gloucester Road Underground Station. This station is in Zone 1 and is three stops Eastbound on the Circle Line or the District Line to Victoria. The Piccadilly Line also runs through Gloucester Road and is only 5 stops to Piccadilly Circus.
  • Windsor Castle closures: As Windsor Castle is a working royal palace, sometimes the entire Castle or the State Apartments within the Castle need to be closed at short notice.
  • Every Tuesday & Wednesday
  • 24-26 December Castle closed
  • When the State Apartments are closed the Precincts, Drawings Gallery will continue to be open.
  • St. George’s Chapel: St George’s Chapel is closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day. Visitors to the Castle on Sundays will not be able to enter the chapel or view the burial place of Queen Elizabeth II.
  • If visiting on Tuesdays & Wednesdays, please select an option that does NOT include Windsor Castle, as the Castle is closed.
  • You must bring the e-ticket provided to gain entry to this tour.
  • This tour is unescorted, and you will spend approximately 2 hours inside the castle.
  • St George’s Chapel closes at 16:00. We advise you to ensure that this is one of the first places you visit upon arrival. The Chapel is also closed to visitors every Sunday, but worshippers are welcome to attend services.
  • *During peak periods, additional vehicles without Wi-Fi may be used.

  • Our vehicles are modern, comfortable, and kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, including a deep clean every day.
  • You will receive an e-ticket for this tour.

  • To get a full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times

  • There may be unexpected changes in the timetable due to public holidays, weather conditions, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy.
  • We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
