  • You may present your mobile or printed voucher at the designated meeting point, which is St. Pancras International Train Station, in front of Le Pain Quotidien Coffee Shop.
  • Kindly verify your ticket to ascertain its expiration date.
  • Once you have exchanged your voucher for a ticket, the voucher will become invalid.
  • In the event of loss of a voucher or ticket, the company shall not be responsible for any refunds.

  • You are required to carry a valid passport with you. Please also check your visa requirements before you travel.
  • Due to Eurostar requirements, only children between the ages of 4 - 11 years old qualify for a child fare.
  • Once booked, we are not able to cancel your booking and as such cannot offer you a refund, cancellation or amendment.
  • Premium Tours will have no liability if Eurostar trains are delayed for unforeseen circumstances such as security alerts, third party action or bad weather as this is beyond our control. In such cases, please contact Eurostar directly to discuss any compensation that may be due.
  • Please advise us ahead of time of any food allergies or particular needs so that we may cater to you in a safe and pleasant manner.
  • On some occasions the train time may change. In this case the customer will be informed of the revised check-in time after booking.
  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to access the Eiffel Tower, lunch will be provided on the Seine River cruise or at the bistro by the Eiffel Tower.
  • Eiffel Tower Security Check: All visitors must pass through two security screenings, including metal detectors and a mandatory bag inspection. If you are unable to go through metal detectors, please bring a medical note with you.
  • Louvre stop – As the arrival time and duration may vary due to traffic conditions, we advise against booking Louvre entry tickets independently.
  • Train times vary depending on the day but usually 7am for Mon - Fri and 6.30am/7.30am for Saturdays. Return trains are usually 7pm/8pm.

  • Non-Refundable/ Non-Amendable; all transactions are conclusive once confirmed.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the timetable due to public holidays, weather conditions, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy.
  • We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
