  • You must visit your first attraction FIRST at the day and time specified and book the other attractions on the link provided in your voucher in advance for a seamless experience.
  • You can book the other attractions up to 90 days after the lead attraction.
  • During busy periods of the year it is highly recommended that your book the other attractions as soon as possible as they are extremely likely to become fully booked. 
  • Tickets will expire after 90 days, regardless of whether you have visited all attractions.
  • Children under the age of 5 are not permitted inside the London Dungeon. All other attractions allow children under the age of 5. 
  • Busiest periods at the London Eye and Madame Tussauds are between 12pm and 3pm, so it is advisable to visit at a different time.
  • Madame Tussauds London will not admit guests with suitcases. 
  • Under 15’s must be accompanied by someone 18 years or over.
  • Children under 2 are free but will require a ticket. Maximum 3 free infant tickets per booking allowed.
  • No food or drink is permitted in the SEA LIFE London Aquarium.
  • Re-entry is not permitted on the attractions.
  • For the combination ticket, you must book each attraction separately in advance.
  • Access to all attractions is subject to availability, it is recommended to book both elements in advance. You have the option to book your second attraction within 90 days of visiting the first attraction
  • The visit dates for the other four attractions included in your ticket will remain open-dated at the time of booking - you have a period of 90 days to visit the London Eye, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, DreamWorks: Shrek’s Adventure! London, and the London Dungeon from the date of your visit to Madame Tussauds London.
  • To guarantee a smooth experience at the London Eye, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, DreamWorks: Shrek’s Adventure! London, and the London Dungeon, it is necessary to reserve your admission prior to your visit. You can easily reserve your spots by clicking on the booking link provided on your ticket.
  • All Attractions are closed on Christmas Day - 25th December. 
  • Please take note that the London Eye undergoes annual maintenance in January, so please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Important Note:

  • Once you have completed your transaction, you will be sent instructions for the straightforward online process of how to confirm the dates for your visits to the other attractions. Remember that you have 90 days in which to visit all of these attractions starting from the date that you select to visit your first attraction. 

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 72 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 72 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.
  • Note: Partial refunds are not possible.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the timetable due to public holidays, weather conditions or other unanticipated situations.
  • During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
