  • Once your e‑ticket is scanned, you’ll receive boarding instructions and any additional passes needed for optional experiences.
  • Keep your ticket(s) accessible throughout the tour, as you may need to show them when boarding the river cruise or accessing the London Eye.
  • If you booked the London Eye upgrade, a specific time slot may be provided — follow the instructions on your voucher.
  • For the Fish & Chips option, present your voucher at the designated partner restaurant/café to redeem your meal.
  • Late arrivals may lose their reservation without refund, as departure times are strictly followed.
  • If you have any questions, the tour staff will be available at the departure point to assist with redemption and boarding details.

  • Please be advised that this is an open-top bus tour - kindly prepare for the potential of rain.
  • On infrequent occasions, the open-top bus may be substituted with a closed-top bus or a coach.
  • In instances where the guard change does not occur, we will instead pause for photographs of Buckingham Palace.
  • Fish & Chips option - Pub Operating Hours: Monday - Saturday: 12 noon - 9pm and Sunday: 12 noon - 7pm

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.

During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
