Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour:

• Departure Points: You can join the tour from any of our multiple stops. Each of our stops will be clearly signposted with the words Golden Tours sitting below the Transport for London bus stop logo.
• Frequency: Buses run 9am to 5pm daily
• Summer + Holidays: Every 20 mins on the Red and Blue routes. Every 30 minutes on the Orange route.
• Winter: Every 30 mins on the Blue routes. Every 60 minutes on the Red and Orange route.

• Boats leave every 30 minutes from:

• The boat cruise is approx. 30 minutes in duration, depending on where you disembark. 

Jack the Ripper Walking Tour*

• Start time: 3:30pm daily (Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time), Finish time: 5pm
• Departure Point and Directions: Tower Hill Tram. Trinity Square. London EC3N 4TH. This is the ice cream stall outside Tower Hill Underground Station exit.
• Return Point: Near Liverpool Street Underground Station. 

Royal Walking Tour*

• Start time: 10am daily (Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time), Finish time: 12pm

• You must redeem your voucher at any of the Golden Tour's designated bus stops OR Golden Tours ticket booth.
• You can also approach to our (Golden Tours) street/ ground staff and redeem your voucher.
• Your booking voucher will expire after you exchange it for a ticket.
• Throughout the time that your ticket is valid, this receipt is required.
• The company or bus operator will not provide a refund if a voucher or ticket is misplaced.

Voucher Validity:

• Remember that your vouchers will remain valid for next 30 days from the date of purchase.

Important Info:

• There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events. Refunds due to weather will not be issued unless the service is suspended due to weather.
• Buses that are 100% environmentally friendly.
• Complimentary ear phones are provided, or you may use your own wired earbuds with a jack plug.
• Bus Service Disruption Information

• To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 7 days before the activity/tour start time.
• If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
• Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 7 days before the activity/ tour start time.
• You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

• There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
• Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
• The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
