  • You have the option to board from either the Greenwich Peninsula or the Royal Victoria banks of the river.
  • For the Standard Champagne Experience, it is necessary to commence at the North Greenwich Terminal, as beverages are exclusively served at that location.
  • The Glass Floor Experience can solely be boarded and initiated from the Greenwich Peninsula Terminal.
  • An e-ticket will be provided for this activity. Parking facilities are accessible, including those at North Greenwich Tube station and the O2.
  • The nearest transport options are: 
    Tube: North Greenwich (Jubilee line) 
    DLR: Royal Victoria 
    River: North Greenwich Pier

  • You can board from either the Greenwich Peninsula or the Royal Victoria sides of the river.
  • For the Standard Champagne Experience, you must start at the North Greenwich Terminal, as drinks are only served there.
  • The Glass Floor Experience can only be boarded and started from the Greenwich Peninsula Terminal.
  • You will receive an e-ticket for this activity.
  • Skirts, dresses and high heels are not recommended to be worn by passengers on the Glass Floor Experience.
  • The cable car is fully accessible to most wheelchairs and pushchairs.
  • Offers step-free access and space for bicycles in each cabin.
  • Car parking facilities are available, including at North Greenwich Tube station and the O2.
  • Nearest toilet facilities are available at North Greenwich Tube station.
  • Please note that a private cabin is not guaranteed in ANY of the experiences; only when the site is not busy, the staff will do their best to offer private cabins. Each cabin can hold up to 10 passengers.
  • Children under the age of five travel free (when accompanied by a fare-paying adult). A child fare is available for children between 5 and 15. An adult must accompany children up to the age of 12 at all times. This information can be changed at any time.
  • All passengers must attend a mandatory safety briefing before boarding. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your slot time to allow for this.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
