Tour Description

The Holiday Sights & Festive Nights Trolley Tour is a Dickensian adventure. We set out on our excursion with a "Dickens of an adventure." You will hear about Christmas from the colonial era and even Charles Dickens' visit at the Omni Parker House as we tour the city. See how modern Boston enjoys the holiday season.

The tram trip passes through some of Boston's most exquisitely decorated historic sites, residential areas and tourist destinations. While taking in the city's winter splendour, you can view dazzling lights, festive decorations, and Christmas markets.

The tour offers guests a cosy and engaging experience as they explore the city, frequently including stories about Boston's Christmas customs, festive songs, and seasonal music.

Visit the Boston Common, where the holiday spirit truly comes to life. You will see our world-famous ice rink and learn about the intriguing background of Boston's yearly Christmas tree, which is brought in from Halifax, Nova Scotia

There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events. Refunds due to weather will not be issued unless the service is suspended due to weather.
Children 2 years and younger may be considered a lap child. Toddler carriers and children ages 3 and older are required to have their own seat and must remain seated at all times.
Hand-baggage allowed, no big-size bags or suitcases are allowed
Assistance animals, such as seeing-eye dogs, are the only animals that are allowed on board the trolleys.
Seats are allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
Wheelchair/ Stroller Access
Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.

Reservations required. Reservation based tickets are non-refundable.
Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 48 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
