  • Once you have exchanged your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will cease to be valid.
  • In the event of loss of the voucher or ticket, the company shall not be responsible for any refunds.
  • Tickets remain valid until the close of business on the date of use.

  • Children under the age of 3 can travel for free but must sit on a lap.
  • For assistance with wheelchair accessibility, please contact the operator at least 24 hours in advance to provide notice.
  • Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances, there may be sudden changes to the route or schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures may result in delays and alterations to the route. We will make every effort to ensure a smooth and frequent service! No refunds will be issued for any changes or cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances.

  • The tour will board and depart from the gravel lot next to the Hyatt House Parking Garage.
  • Discounted $10 parking is available for our guests in the gravel lot next to the Hyatt House parking garage. The lot is accessible from Lea Street. Parking passes must be purchased directly from the hotel’s front desk. Guests should arrive early, as parking is subject to availability.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
