  • You are required to present your vouchers (either Mobile or Printed) at the designated meeting location:
  • Meeting Point 1: At 08:40 am - Union Square (Downtown) - 478 Post St., San Francisco, CA 9412.
  • Meeting Point 2: At 09:00 am - Fisherman's Wharf - 2805 Leavenworth St., San Francisco, CA 94133.
  • Please select the meeting point that is closest to your location. Make sure to choose the departure location that is nearest to you and arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • In the event of a lost voucher or ticket, the company will not be responsible for any refunds. Your Ticket/Voucher is valid for the travel date you select.

  • Hotel pick up is not provided for this tour.
  • The tour involves walking considerable distances; therefore, we recommend wearing appropriate attire.
  • Buses are equipped with air conditioning, and the size of the bus will vary based on the number of passengers scheduled for that specific day.
  • Please note that winery locations and the itinerary may be subject to change due to traffic conditions or a previously scheduled special event at the venue.
  • Our tour will feature a visit and tasting at 3 of the following wineries: Madonna State Winery, Roche Winery, BR Cohn Winery, Muscardini Winery, or Ru Vango Winery.
  • Although there is no physical Gray Line storefront, you'll easily spot Pomegranate Cafe directly across the street. Wait there, and our team will meet you at the designated time for the tour departure.
  • Minimum age for wine tasting is 21 years.
  • Please note that winery locations and the tour itinerary may be subject to change, possibly due to traffic conditions or prior special events booked at a specific location. Your tour will encompass visits and tastings at three (3) of the following wineries: Artesa Winery, Jacuzzi, Madonna State Winery, Roche Winery, BR Cohn Winery or Robledo.
  • Our buses are equipped with air conditioning, and the bus size for each tour day depends on the number of passengers booked.
  • If you have any questions about your booking, please contact us at tours@graylineofsanfrancisco.com or call (415) 353-5310. Our support is available local time, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
  • Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
  • The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

  • There may be unexpected changes in the timetable due to public holidays, weather conditions, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy.
  • We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
