  • Children 2 years and younger may be considered a lap child. Toddler carriers and children ages 3 and older are required to have their own seat and must remain seated at all times.

  • Assistance animals, such as seeing-eye dogs, are the only animals that are allowed on board the trolleys.

  • ENTRY TO ARLINGTON NATIONAL CEMETERY: All US guests must provide a State or Government Issued picture ID. Visitors 16 and 17 may present a valid school ID. All foreign guests must present a PASSPORT. Foreign ID Cards will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience. These changes and requirements are beyond our control.

  • To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.

  • Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
  • The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
