In an effort to reduce plastic waste and promote a more sustainable and eco-friendly experience, the operator will provide a 20-liter water container.
We kindly ask that you bring your own reusable bottle for refills. Additionally, paper cups will be available for your convenience. This is not a Hop on Hop off bus tour; the bus will complete a full loop without any stops.
Please remember to bring your own headphones to enjoy the audio commentary on the bus.
Customers are required to print or take a screenshot of their booking confirmation email and present it to the staff on any of the Hop on Hop Off double-decker buses.
Children must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Evening Tours & Booking Confirmation: Buses may return to pick-up locations later than anticipated due to slower traffic and increased passenger volume during evening hours (from 5 PM to 10 PM) on holidays. Customers who make online reservations are kindly advised to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time. Please be aware that actual departure times may vary due to heavy traffic.
When making a reservation, we also request that clients provide an active email address, a Vietnamese phone number, or a WhatsApp number so that the tour staff can reach you.

To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 72 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 72 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
